This robust resource library offers over 2,500 training courses available in a wide variety of formats including online videos, PowerPoint presentations, downloadable training shorts, and more!
An agency has two options for getting their clients set up and trained on the RMC:
- The agency can designate an inhouse RMC Champion and the RMC team will train this person on everything they need to know to effectively onboard clients.
- The agency can outsource client onboarding to the RMC Team for a nominal annual fee.
Yes! When clients are engaged in the utilization of the RMC as part of their day-to-day efforts to effect change and improve the overall safety culture of their organization, it becomes a resource they rely on. When that resource is being provided to them by Leavitt, their Broker Partner, it creates an exit barrier and increases the sticky factor of those client relationships.
Imagine, at time of renewal, being able to provide usage reports and quantitative data to your clients that showcase the improvements the Leavitt Risk Management Center has helped them achieve over the past year. It sure makes those renewal conversations a whole lot easier.
Yes, our vendor partner, KPA, offers a call center feature called Ask the HR Expert that can be added to the RMC for a small fee. Ask the HR Expert provides your clients with unlimited access to HR support and any concerns that have potential employment law ramifications are automatically escalated to the law firm, Fisher Phillips, and your client will receive free legal advice back within 72 hours.
Yes, the HR & Benefits library offers clients the option to either download a sample employee handbook or use the handbook builder tool to generate their own custom handbook.
Whether or not to charge the client for access to the RMC is entirely up to the individual agency. Some agencies provide the RMC at no cost as part of their value added service package while others want the client to have some skin in the game and will charge a reasonable annual fee. The fee for those that do charge clients for access ranges between $500 - $2500 per year.
