Postings:
Your open position will be posted on LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. This allows the recruiting team the ability to search a very large database of both active and passive candidates.
Recruiting Process:
When the recruiting team has identified a candidate, they will invite the candidate to schedule a phone screen with them. Following the initial screen, they will summarize the call and send their impressions of the candidate and findings to the agency.
The recruiting team does not conduct a technical interview, but rather gets an understanding of the person's work history, what they were responsible for in the positions held, reasons for making changes between jobs, motivation to pursue a job with us, salary requirements, and more.
Want to learn more about the potential hire prior to making a decision? Ask the recruiting team to have your candidate complete the TotalCSR Compatibility and Industry Knowledge assessments. Review the results to help determine if the candidate is a good fit and possesses the industry knowledge required for the position.
Once the agency receives the resume and recruiting team's findings, it is up to the hiring manager to follow up.
If the agency decides to hire the candidate, they will let the talent acquisition specialist know and will then complete a new hire data form that is passed onto Human Resources. A background check is then initiated, and the electronic offer letter is sent. All candidates need to have their information uploaded into the ADP applicant tracking system, and all jobs are accessible at the Leavitt.com/careers site for them to apply.

Cognitive aptitude, personality, computer literacy, and emotional IQ. Agencies can request that we test a candidate either before or after their interview. There is no cost for the assessment.

The recruiting department has many job descriptions available and will tailor them to meet the requirements for your specific staffing need.
*If an agency prefers to phone screen a candidate that they identified or in the interest of time would rather initiate the contact, they are welcome to do so.
