Michael Rosenthal
President

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UCLA, Michael started his career at Deloitte where he became a CPA and CFP. Five years later, he left accounting to start his first entrepreneurial venture in the financial planning business. With several partners from Deloitte, he started CPAgents, a life and health insurance agency. CPAgents became an Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 company. In 2009, it was acquired by the Leavitt Group, one of the largest privately held insurance brokerages in the country.
After exiting from the Leavitt Group, Michael pursued other ventures. With a partner, he built another successful health insurance brokerage business which became an Inc. 5000 company in 2019 and 2020. It was at this time he saw an opportunity to help companies save a significant amount of money by leaving their existing PEOs. This initiated the creation of PostPEO. Michael decided, once again, to join forces with the Leavitt Group to have the national resources necessary for the expansion of PostPEO’s availability to growing companies.

Denise has over twenty-five years of entrepreneurial, strategic management, and business consulting experience. She spent the last eight years at a national PEO firm where she serviced clients and internally led a team of human resource, risk, and payroll professionals.
Denise’s extensive knowledge of the PEO industry, coupled with her experience of working with clients across multiple industries, has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges growing companies face when working with their PEOs. She is excited to bring her knowledge and insights to this new role at PostPEO. Denise has a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
