The Talent Acquisition Team (TAT) Supports Agencies by:
- Posts open positions on respective job boards, i.e. Indeed, ADP, & LinkedIn
- Sources job board databases to find talent
- Prescreen candidates and send hiring manager only qualified applicants
- Tests candidates prior to hiring decision using the Total CSR Assessment Tool
- Consults with agency hiring managers about findings
- Assists agency with scheduling candidate interviews
- Submits HR Data Form, if requested to prepare electronic offer letter
