Welcome to the Leavitt Group!
We realize that in the first few days and weeks a lot of information will be given to you. Here is a checklist that will help. Please don't hesitate to contact anyone on the HR team with questions!
Be sure to keep your employee profile up to date. You can add your phone number, picture, and tell us about yourself.
ADP Login: WorkforceNow.ADP.com
I9, direct deposit, tax withholding, etc. will be completed via the link located in your ADP message center. You can also view your pay stub, update personal information, request time off, and many other things.
Enrolling in Benefits: You have 30 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits. Please note that you will not be able to login and elect benefits until your onboarding activities have been received and processed.
Waiving Coverage: Because of new Affordable Care Act guidelines, you will be required to login and mark “decline coverage” for each benefit you choose to waive.
