Group Benefits
Employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for life, LTD, Voya and all other voluntary products. Those who work a minimum of 30 hours will be eligible for all health benefits to include medical, vision, and dental insurance.
Enrollment and changes to your medical plan elections can only be made during your new hire enrollment period, within 30 days of a qualified life event or during our annual open enrollment.
- New Hire โ If you are eligible for benefits, benefits will be effective the 1st day of the month following one month of employment. Benefit elections need to be submitted online on or before your effective date of coverage.
- Open Enrollment โ Open Enrollment is held annually in May for a June 1 effective date.
- Qualified Life Event โ You MUST notify HR of the life event and change within 30 days of the qualified life event or you will have to wait until the following open enrollment.
