A whitepaper is a document written to help the reader understand an issue, solve a problem, or make a decision. You can write white papers to share your expertise and market yourself / your agency. However, they are not a sales pitch – they help sell your company by highlighting your expertise and valuable recommendations, not by bidding for business.
